This was my first software training class I had ever had. When i heard we were going to have our own software class each week, i was really happy, because i knew i had a lot to learn on Adobe Creative Suite. In this lesson we focused on the program illustrator, which I was familiar with already. We looked at an Ipod nano, and had to recreate it from scratch. The main focus here was gradients, getting use to adding and mixing in colour. We also looked at recreating a converse, using symbols and clipping masks. Doing this exercise has made me realise how easy and straight forward gradients can be.
